EverJoy Jewelry is seeking a warm, customer-focused Permanent Jewelry Artist to join our growing team in Fishers, IN. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, enjoys working with their hands, and is excited to learn a unique skill in the world of fine jewelry. No prior experience is required—we provide full training. You’ll help create memorable experiences for our clients while working with delicate, beautiful materials.
Permanent Jewelry Artist
Role Type: Part-Time, As Needed
Location: In-person (weekends & evenings required)
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
- Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Provide a seamless, memorable customer experience from start to finish.
- Perform permanent jewelry fittings and welds with precision (training provided).
- Handle delicate tools and materials with care and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support the team during events, pop-ups, and busy in-studio weekends.
- Represent EverJoy Jewelry with professionalism and brand pride.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications)
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Steady hands and fine motor skills for working with small, delicate pieces.
- Flexible availability (must be available weekends and evenings).
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed training processes.
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a small team.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Previous customer service or retail experience.
- Experience working with crafts, jewelry, or other fine-detail work.
