What age do you pierce?
We offer ear piercing for ages 3 and up. We pierce children that can sit still alone and can make the decision to be pierced. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe it as quick and very manageable, especially with our gentle, hand-pressured system.
How long does healing take?
When healing, you may experience crusting, itchiness and clear lymphatic fluid draining-these are all normal signs of healing. Lobe piercings typically heal within 6–8 weeks with proper aftercare. If you notice excessive redness, swelling, pain or discharge, please consult your healthcare provider.
What earrings do you use?
We use pre-sterilized and hypoallergenic, medical-grade earrings designed for safety and comfort. Piercing earrings have safety backs and long posts to ensure sufficient airflow and optimal healing.
What do you pierce with?
We use a professional hand-pressured system, which allows for more control and precision. We never use piercings guns, which are spring loaded and can damage the ear tissue.
Do you provide aftercare instructions?
Yes! You’ll receive aftercare solution and clear instructions to support proper healing.
What should I do before my appointment?
Simply book your appointment online here. Be sure to come with an idea of where you want your piercing.
What happens during my appointment?
Upon arrival, you will fill out a waiver. You will then be able to choose your piercing studs and placement. Our staff will help guide you through the process.
Are you trained and do you have a license to pierce?
We are trained by Pierced by Glow, a Pro-Pierce distributor.
The Hamilton County Health Department does not require us to obtain a piercing license when using my specific piercing system.
